Service Description

£21 per session Our 2hr Acro and Aerial session, focus' on learning floor gymnastics skills including rolls, cartwheels, walkovers and tumbling elements such as round off's and flics. Gymnasts also work towards acrobatic balances whereby gymnasts balance on top of each other in unique shapes and formations. Gymnasts also defy gravity learning skills on Hoop, trapeze and Silk hammock.
