Gymnastics

Our school-aged gymnastics classes focus on progressing strength, agility, coordination, confidence and most importantly having fun! Gymnasts explore their skills on the floor, beam, bars, vault and rings led by our wonderful British Gymnastics qualified coaches.

Pre-school classes

Our popular pre-school classes are a 45-minute fun packed session. Following a different interactive theme each week, children can begin to learn skills on the floor, beam, bars, vault, rings and aerial equipment. They also get to explore performance elements such as circus skills, parachute play, acrobatics and much more. Mummy and Me’ sessions for Walking – 3yrs is great way to bond, build confidence, strength and coordination around the safe gym environment. Pre-School’ sessions for 3-4yrs are the first steps towards independent sport learning for your little one to learn tonnes of new gymnastics, aerial and performance skills, all whilst building strength, confidence and coordination.

Aerial

Our Aerial classes explore a range of performance skills on the Aerial Hoop, Trapeze and Silk Hammock. Using strength, flexibility and nerves of steel gymnasts can learn to defy gravity by hanging upside down, spinning in the air and creating circus worthy routines. You can find our aerial training included in the ‘Acro and Aerial’ and ‘GAP’ classes. We also offer Aerial training during our Adult Gymnastics Sessions.

Performance

We have a huge passion for performing here at The GAP Centre. Our performance element during ‘GAP’ classes can include dance, choreography, circus skills, stunts and much more. We enjoy hosting Summer Display Days and Christmas Galas to showcase our extremely talented students. In our fabulous ‘Performance Team’ some of our current gymnasts, ex gymnasts and coaches come together to produce inspiring  aerial skills, gymnastics and dance to perform around the country at festivals and competitions.

Birthday Parties

We host fun filled birthday parties for children pre-school aged and above. Children can experience learning gymnastics skills on the floor, beam, bars, vault and aerial equipment, taught by our industry professional coaches. Included in our party package is 30 -minutes hire of our party area for birthday food and cake for up to 24 party goers.

Toddler Play

No need to book for our toddler play time. For children aged 0-4yrs come and enjoy our free-roam sessions to let your little ones burn off some energy!

Dedicated under 1’s area for safe enjoyable play time.
